I ordered flowers to be delivered to my mom's work on Friday. On the website there was a box you could check if you wanted them delivered before 1pm. I checked the box because my mom only works til 4pm. When the flowers didn't arrive before she left work i called to complain and they told me there is no such box on the website. Ordered flowers for my daughters Mother's Day to be delivered on Saturday for guaranteed delivery. Did not take advantage of 50% club because I don't order flowers that often, so I paid full price, plus $16.99 Standard Service Fee, $3.35 FST Fee, whatever that is, so I expected full service. Mother's Day is OVER, there were NO FLOWERS DELIVERED, and I was UNABLE TO GET ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE, only a recording. I ordered at the beginning of the week for a flower bundle to be delivered on Friday; Yes the price is discounted 50% if you join the membership, all the info is clear as it can be if you read the terms... The flowers I ordered for my Mom for Mother's Day didn't show up. No phone call
to my Mom or to me. I am soooo Furious. I ordered a balloon bouquet for my Dad's

BE WARNED!!! One star only because they did not hang up on me when I called to complain, and were apologetic. On May 1, 2012, I tried repeatedly to send flowers over the internet to my mother in San Antonio, TX. When I tried to place the order online, I could not get off the delivery page. I called customer service and we went over the problem I was having placing the order online and the representative said she would assist mme with my order. I wouldn't even give them ONE star. They are a total SCAM!!! I ordered a flower bouquet for my sister on the 8th to be delivered on the 10th. Blooms today took advantage of my family and I during our time of need. They deceived us by attaching their ad to my Grandfathers online obituary, claiming $30 off flowers. They secretly added you, without permission to their rewards program that charges $9.99 a month for being a member. When you call and tell them you never signed up and want to be removed they claim that you will need to pay back your $30 discount. They are deceitful and rude!!! Paid by credit card and tried to call and all we got was a recorded message saying they were no longer taking orders for Valentines Day and all orders were being processed to call back 2-15-12 after 8am EST if any problems or questions. My partner ordered flowers for me for Valentines day 2012 and it cost $90. She was promised delivery on 2-14-12 by 5pm. My flowers never showed up and all we got was an automated message stating that all deliveries were being processed. Just to clarify, the flowers were being delivered to my employer and we are a 24 hour clinic and I worked until 10pm. Still no flowers. So my Valentines day was dampened by no delivery :(

The one and only thing i can say about this company is that i am less then pleased by there service. They do not have the same day delivery like there website states, and I will be back to comment in 5 - 7 days if they truly guarantee full money back. My husband tried to be nice and have flowers sent to me at work for Valkentine's Day. The order was placed and accepted with confirmation email at 8:25 am. At 1:54 he gets an email that states that the order is cancelled. and oh by the way we have charged your card $73.49!!!! The email further states that the charge will be returned to the card in 5-7 business days!!!! When he called to tell me, I tried to call the 800 number and they are not taking any calls.

I was absolutely applauded that BloomsToday would take an order from me on Sunday, 2/05/12, for a delivery on 2/06/12, at 10:00 A.M. PST for a Funeral Service that was held today at 11:00 A.M. Than my email got spammed with so many companies that I had to go in and call them to cancel accounts that I never made. I called Blooms and told them about my daughter not getting all of the order. They told me they were sorry and would put $27.50 back into my account. Blooms Today at BloomsToday.com is a scam.
In September 2011 I bought flowers from them at a discount. Unknowingly to me, they signed me up for "Blooms Rewards" program, for which they promptly began to charge me $9.99 monthly. Trying to cancel the membership in this program does not work. They kept on charging my account until they got every penny of the discount that they promised during the sale. I had to cancel the credit card in order to stop their monthly charges.

After reading many unsatisfied customers, I can say that my experience was a positive one. The flowers were ordered on time, and I was told that the arrangement was quite lovely. However, I do not like their trick of offering you a BIG discount and then turning you over to an monitoring service that automatically takes money from your account every month unless you call to cancel.
