Screwed up every aspect of the entire thing


HORRIBLE! My husband tried to have 18 long stemmed roses and a "large" bear sent to my office between 9 and 11. I'm a hospice nurse and have to travel to see patients, and I was leaving that day at 11AM. He paid a total of $120. There were so many mess ups it will be easier to list them all.

1. The delivery was late,not there before 11. They said it would be there before 3pm,and offered to refund the extra $10 that my husband had paid. I could not stay past 11am,so this put me coming back to the office to pick them up,so surprise ruined completely. And that was just the start.
2. Not only were they not there before 11AM,but the flowers never showed up that entire day. Husband called, they said that the address did not exist. What really happened was since they don't use a local service,Fed-Ex couldn't find it through GPS so they didn't try to actually call or look for it otherwise.
3. After my husband called yet again to ask for a complete refund and to cancel the delivery being,they did offer a complete refund. The day after I was supposed to have got the flowers, they showed up on my front porch in the snow,in a box, with mailing labels all over it. Very romantic. We had to get them out of the box, mix the water in the vase, cut the stems, and rearrange them ourselves. I'm glad I didn't get them at my office in front of everyone,I would have been embarrassed.
4. He had written out a note to me that was cut off at the end, so that you could tell that there was supposed to be more on the card, but I guess whoever printed it didn't bother to do it right and I had to ask him what the ending on the card was.
5.The large bear is tiny. Like I can put my hands up to it one on top of the other,and you can't see it. And this was a large bear.
6.Lastly, I received the flowers 5 days ago, and they are already dead. We did upkeep like we were supposed to.

I would not order from this company again if they paid me to. For the first time in 12 years I was finally going to get roses delivered to my office, and they screwed it up beyond all belief. There was not one aspect of the entire ordeal that went like it should have.
