Ordered a plant to be delivered for Mother's day and it did not arrive. At this point, the opportunity has passed. I want to cancel this order and receive a full refund.

I have already contacted my credit card company to refuse payment.
I will NEVER consider this company again.

I demand a refund.......there are no opportunities to make this up.
